FROC Global Services Cebu Inc.’s roots are firmly planted in a mission of service and compassion. The seeds were first planted in an orphanage in the Philippines, where Jack Borja spent his early childhood. It was at this orphanage that he met Father Oscar Camomot, who became a surrogate uncle to him.
The priest took young Jack under his wing, providing spiritual guidance and a stable environment. Father Oscar helped Jack through a difficult period and provided him with the foundation he needed to succeed in life.
By the time he was in his early twenties, Jack had launched several successful businesses and facilitated deals worth millions of dollars. His success was a testament to Father Oscar’s good work, and he knew that if it was possible for him, it was also possible for many other vulnerable children. All they needed was the foundation from which to grow.
Jack and Father Oscar eventually partnered to form the FROC Foundation, which provides much-needed resources to orphans and vulnerable children in Cebu. The FROC Foundation creates a stable environment with cultural, spiritual, and educational guidance where children can fulfill their God-given potential. The organization does this by providing a safe home for its kids but also working to help them develop their talents.
Our mission, therefore, comes full circle. FROC Global Services Cebu Inc.’s goal is to partner with Cebu-based employees and give them the opportunities they need to realize their full potential.
From a small orphanage in Cebu to today, FROC Global Services Cebu Inc. continues the work that brought Jack Borja and Father Oscar together—creating a strong foundation for people to grow and succeed.
